That module was great and familiar! I was first introduced to Scootle two years ago when i was teaching Kindergarten however i didnt find the learning paths very useful at that time. Now however i am teaching Year Six and the Learning paths are terrific - for every KLA! I really like Scootle!
I have to admit i am not a Twitter Fan - yes i know alot of people would say 'what is wrong with you?' but i just dont get the hype - i do Facebook and thats enough for me!!
Second Life looks amazing - however i completed a course last year and this finished it this year called 'Quest Atlantis' and it is very similiar. You can be a avatar in a 3D world, the teacher can set learning paths and learning experiences. I was thinking of trying this with a small group of year six students as a trial then maybe incorporating it next year into a KLA.
